PR2023 Agenda

Airbnb check in is at 3:00 and we have people in the area who will be there right at 3:00 to set up. It’s the same place as last year and the address is on the main page.
It is desired that all participants arrive Friday evening if possible. The more people we have Friday night not only gives us a fun group to hang out with, but will speed up the Pig Roast multiple ways; meet and greet will already happened so we can get right down to business, can start the games earlier (since we’re all old and up by 8 anyway) and finish earlier so we don’t get too drunk by games’ end.
Planned activities for Friday night:
- Various games, including special League game of Trouble to settle various intra-PROC grievances; Pass the Pigs, cards, pong, etc.
- Karaoke

- Tentative schedule (not concrete but based on the long delay last year, should keep the games brisk and reserve most extended breaks for the intermission - if we stay on track, can finish up with plenty of daylight):
  - Opening Ceremony - NLT 10:30am
  - PR2023 Draft - 10:35
  - PR2023 Commencement and Competition - 10:45
  - Intermission - 12:15 - 12:30/12:40
  - PR2023 Competition - 2:30
  - Closing Ceremony - NLT 3:00
  - Pig Roast Feast - 4:00
  - Fire/Evening activities - 7:45 or whenever

    Check out is at 11:00 and we’ll have bagels, etc. for the road.
